Lesson Policy |
Private lessons are held for one half hour weekly. Once a lesson time is scheduled, that is your guaranteed time. This policies assures our teachers who derive their living from teaching, a weekly pay check. All lessons must be paid for regardless of attendance. Lesson Payment Policy Lesson payment one month in advance. Payment is due on the first lesson of each month. Lesson payment is by the number of weeks in the month. Some months have 4 weeks and some have 5 weeks. Some may have only 3 if a holiday falls on one of the lessons. You will be charged accordingly. We do not charge for a lesson that falls on a holiday and we are closed. See the calendar for holiday closings. All lessons must be paid regardless of attendance. We accept all major credit cards.

Lesson Cancellation |
A 24 hour notice is necessary to cancel a lesson. That lesson may be made up at the convenience of the teacher and the student. We do not guarantee a make up lesson. We do not exceed more that four make up lessons per year per student.If a teacher is out for any reason and a substitute teacher is not available, the lesson will be made up at a later date. Students who discontinue lessons before the end of the month will not be refunded lesson fees and make up lessons will be forfeited. |
Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy Because the majority of our lessons occur in the late afternoon to early evening time frame, we do not necessarily follow the school snow cancellations. If the weather conditions are questionable, please call the studio to confirm a lesson. |
