REGISTRATION AND TUITION
  • A registration fee of $15.00 per student, $25.00 for two students per family, or $30 for 3 or more students per family.
  • The registration fee is due before a student is placed in a class.
  • Tuition for lessons is an annual fee which is made in 10 monthly payments.
  • Tuition is pro-rated with holidays, vacations and snow days taken into consideration.
  • Lesson payment is due on the first lesson of each month.
  • We do not send bills or statements for tuition payments.
  • A $10.00 late fee is charged for tuition paid after the 10th of the month.
  • If a child is absent from class prior to the 10th, mail the payment before the 10th to avoid the late fee.
  • A $25.00 service fee is charged for returned checks.
  • Family discounts are offered when each child is taking 1 hour or more of class per week.

MISSED CLASSES

Missed classes may be made up in a similar level class within one month.
No refunds for missed classes.

DANCE CENTER HOLIDAYS

The dance Center will be closed Columbus Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Civil Rights Day, school vacations, and Memorial Day. These holidays and 3 snow days have been pro-rated in your annual tuition. See the dance calendar.

 

CANCELLATIONS

You may withdraw from any or all classes at any time by giving written notice no later then the 10th of the Month. If written notice is not received by the 10th of the month, you are obligated to pay for the month.

 

COSTUME FEE

A costume fee is charged for each costume for the annual recital which is held in June. A deposit is due no later then November with the balance due in January. If your child is not performing we must have written notice no later then November as costumes are ordered at that time. If your child withdraws from classes after costume is ordered, you are obligated to pay the costume bill. No refunds, credits, or exchanges on costumes.

 

LIABILITY

Rosita Lee Dance Center, Shelly Latulippe-Klimas, and the teachers are not liable or responsible for personal injuries or for lost, stolen, or damaged property. If a student cannot participate in class due to an injury, it is up to the student to inform the teacher. A student is advised to observe class under there circumstances.

 

CLASS ATTENDANCE and ARRIVAL TIME

In order to progress it is important that your child attend class regularly. Children who miss class frequently often lack self confidence as they are cannot keep up with their class mates. Being on time for class is important as warm-up exercise are done at the beginning of class. If your child is more then 10 minutes late, they will be asked to observe class as warm ups are necessary to avoid personal injury.
